RESERVATION POLICIES

Entry and exit out of time subject to availability (possible extra charge) * Restrictions apply.
 
-Rate in Mexican pesos plus 16% VAT and 3% ISH.
 
- Children up to 11 years old free of charge sharing a room with 1 or 2 adults, does not include food.
 
-The maximum occupancy per room is 4 people between adults and children.
 
-We have free luggage storage 24 hours a day.
 
-Free parking for guests (exclusive cars) service hours from 7:00 am to 23:00 hrs.
 
-No pets are allowed in the Hotel facilities.
 
Guarantee Card: In the event that the card left as a guarantee for collection is not valid or for any reason rejected by the hotel's electronic terminal, the reservation will be canceled without prior notice and without any responsibility for the Hotel.
 
** The guarantee charge (the first night) will be made one day before your check in **

NO SHOW POLICY: In case of not presenting or registering on the reserved date and not having canceled the reservation at least 48 hours in advance, the Hotel will generate the full charge of the first night of stay, freeing the room and remaining subject to availability in case of a later arrival.  

OVERSELL POLICY: In the event that the hotel cannot provide the service of accommodation hired by the consumer, the hotel on its own account and without prior notice, you will find adequate alternatives to supply the contracted service, which are at least equal or better to the benefits originally contracted in the Hotel facilities. This without responsibility or penalty by the Hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

  • Cancellations are accepted must be at least 48 hours before the arrival (3:00 pm Hotel time). Otherwise one night will be charged as penalization.
  •  Cancellations with more than 48 hours of cancellation, without cost. (Except high season or holidays)
  • A valid debit / credit card is required to reserve the room. In case the card is not valid, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
  • In high season there will be no refunds on early departures.

** High season: months March, April, July, August, November and December and holidays.
